BGO Gemini was it established in 1992.
The mission of BGO Gemini is to create a better society for LGBT in Bulgaria.
Its vision is a society where diversity is welcome.
The main goal of BGO Gemini is to work for the social inclusion of LGBT in Bulgaria.
BGO Gemini has implemented some projects with funds from UNAIDS and OSI Bulgaria. Currently, BGO Gemini is working on a joint Balkan Triangle project together with COC-Netherlands and ACCEPT, Romania. BGO Gemini has a information and documentation center and issues a newsletter. It also provides psychological and legal counceling to its beneficiaries. One of our main activities are lobby and advocacy campaingns targeted at defending the human rights of LGBT.
We have recenlty established a collaboration with the Bulgarian Socialist Youth – the youth organisation of the Bulgarian Socialist Party and member of IUSY.
